DEVELOPED WITH THE CLIENT IN MIND

Sando Wellness & Counseling was founded on the mission that client needs must come first. Our counselors offer the skill and attention necessary to develop meaningful, therapeutic relationships with each of our clients. Potential new clients are offered a free initial telehealth consult with the counselor of their choice, no going in blind to your first session. Get your questions answered upfront, see if one of our counselors is a good fit for you and that way you get the most out of every session from beginning to end.

“I use a positive psychology approach, identifying what is right with us in order to support and motivate change away from the areas of our life that no longer serve us. I believe that mental health has to do with our whole self; something that cannot simply be captured in a diagnosis. I specialize in treating issues related to anxiety, depression, addiction and co-occurring disorders, as well as identity and adoption."
