Where do I meet with my therapist?
We offer both telehealth and in-person office visits. Before scheduling your first session, your therapist will let you know their availability and determine if the visit will be virtual or at the office. Our office is located in the Village of Blaine Shopping Center.
Do you accept insurance?
No, all of our therapists are out-of-network and accept private pay at the time of the session. We accept all major credit cards as well as HSA or FSA. Many insurance policies have out-of-network benefits and we are able to provide you with a receipt to submit a claim to your insurance. We recommend calling your insurance provider and asking: “What are my out of network psychotherapy benefits?” and they can offer specifics about what your plan covers.
What is the time commitment?
We offer 30 minute 'check-in' sessions or 50 minute full sessions. Frequency of sessions are determined by you and your therapist.
What does a session cost?
The cost of a 30 minute 'check-in' session is $100. A full 50 minute session costs $175. If you are new to therapy and interested in working with us, send us your questions or fill out the form below to schedule a no commitment consultation.
